PhoEver Vietnamese Cuisine

I've been going here for a couple of years now I just moved closer luckily. It's my favorite pho in clovis, hands down, not to mention their side dishes are very delicious as well. I'd recommend the fried rice. Also, I love the staff here is chill enough place to just hang out at the bar and watch a game. Gotta dine in though to get the best flavor.

Right off the bat the ladies upfront welcomed me and was able to quickly seat me. I asked if they had smaller portions and they had the perfect sized kid bowl. So I got that with seafood and some fresh spring rolls. So so good. Im not sure if the gentleman who checked on me is the owner or what but I appreciated the service. It was so wholesome to see their younger family member so eager to help take orders and help in the restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing. It's calm but upbeat at the same time. Everyone is so nice.The food amazing. The broth is light yet savory. The fresh spring rolls were to die for.The broth is made in house and I love that so much. Very high quality restaurant

My coworker and I assembled a table at Tom's house. And we got to talking about the restaurant. He told us to go and have lunch as a tip for us both. So we went to try this place out. The first impression was that we were greeted as we walked in. We ordered the P1 and the Tom Tom sandwich. And we were both blown away with the taste of the food. I will be honest the price was a little more than I expected, but the flavor and food justified it. The servers were very nice and attentive, and Gigi was a sweetheart. If I could sum it up with one word. The food was "PHO-NOMINAL!!!" Thank you Tom

I seen this place advertised on Dune & Dish so we had to try it. We were not disappointed!! They give good portions , it's kind of pricey. It's small but they have outdoor dining. A good bar area & TVs to watch the latest games.

Pho-ever on a mission to find thee BEST pho! Finally got a chance to try this place. My fiance and I arrived a few minutes right before they opened got greeted as we entered and hand sanitizer is available next to the entrance. First impression this place is very beautiful and clean, the interior decor is very modern just love the aesthetic to this place. They did some rearranging of tables to comply with the social distancing. The staff is super friendly. The menu is very simple and easy to read!We ordered the pork and shrimp spring rolls, P1 Phoever Special (oxtail, rare, meatball, tripe, flank and brisket) and P2 pho (rare steak, brisket, tendon and tripe), and 2 Vietnamese coffee. Got our orders right away the broth was piping hot, fresh and was so flavorful and delicious excessive toppings and sauces is not necessary (like other places) because the broth itself was already overwhelming with flavor. My fiance is Vietnamese and he said it reminded him of his mother's pho (huge compliment, since he's very particular of the broth!) the Vietnamese iced coffee was hands down one of the best viet coffee I have ever had! The spring rolls was just okay, nothing really special.Our server was very nice she came and checked on us frequent and Tommy, the owner came to our table a few times to check on us, he was friendly, and he talked about how he makes his pho and the 24 hour process and you could definitely taste the authenticity of his recipe/ broth.Finance and I have definitely found our new Favorite Pho Place! This place is definitely worth the try! The customer service is outstanding, the place is beautiful and clean and the pho broth is phenomenal! Can't wait to return!

Been to PhoEver several times in my life, and they never disappoint. The Ladies that take your order are always very nice and helpful. The Cooks, cook with Care and Dedication. Beautiful atmosphere, clean restaurant. Overall great establishment. I like to order their Lemongrass Chicken. No exaggeration when I say this, some of the best Lemongrass Chicken you'll ever have!! We Ordered for Pick-Up, but whether you do that or dine-in, I know you'll enjoy your experience with them! I recommend PhoEver to everyone!

Very delicious! I've been to a lot of Pho around, this one is by far the best. The broth is very rich, flavorful, and delicious! Veggies were very fresh My kids also loved their kids Pho Bowl. We also had the Avocado Smoothie which was extremely delicious and light.The place is very clean and modern with flat screens throughout.Also has a bar area with Taps on hand.Definitely worth the trip!!!

I have dined at PhoEver a few times. Their food is delicious even though their prices are higher than other pho restaurants. It's justified that some pho restaurants serve really tiny pieces of meatball or less meatballs. PhoEver has a generous portion of meat, and their broth is delicious, not oily. The Spring Rolls are fresh and crunchy (using cucumber). The Thai tea is delicious. Service was excellent, very attentive waitress who checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The restaurant is clean.
